I’m getting a message saying I need to upgrade my JVM. What does this mean and how do I do that?

Your JVM is the program that manages Java for your web browser. Since Bantu Messenger is Java-based, your JVM must be up-to-date. Bantu Messenger requires a JVM that supports Java v1.1. In some cases you will need to upgrade your JVM. You may obtain a JVM upgrade by downloading and installing a new Web browser, such as the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape.
